the shared bathroom facilities felt outdated. but the private onsen was fantastic, with views of the river. also, the meals were beyond delicious, especially the shabu-shabu. we really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the ryokan.

ichinoyu honkan is a fantastic ryokan! it's super close to a bus stop and only a short walk to the train station, making it really convenient. i loved the large yukata they provided, and the dinner and breakfast had so many choices, especially the delicious seafood and noodles.
